What do you sell / what service do you provide?: I work with people looking to develop a greater understanding of themselves with the aim of improving emotional wellbeing and mental health. Clients come to therapy for a range of reasons, such as anxiety, depression, grief as well as personal growth and self-awareness.
Your neighbouring businesses?: Redruth Radio and Emma Wood, an incredible painter and illustrator.

First crush?: Lindsey Nancollas (I was in primary School)
Best advice?: 1. Vulnerability is connection, not weakness.
Heroes / heroines?: Steve Davis was my first hero - I loved snooker as a young child. Later I found a love for 80's rock music with Slash and Richie Sambora, unfortunately my guitar skills didn't develop quite as I had hoped.

Who has been kindest to you in your life?: I have been lucky that there have been so many kind people in my life, especially when I haven't held that kindness for myself.

What do you enjoy most about running your business in Redruth?: The connection to people discovering their true selves, and aligning with that intrinsic part of themselves they have often hidden in the pursuit of love or acceptance.
Tell us something people might not know about you and running your business.: I only recently became a therapist, after 20 years working as a designer I decided to change lanes in search of a career that aligned with my values.
What are your hopes for yourself, your business and Redruth town centre?: My dream is to create a therapy centre in Redruth that supports individuals with low-cost therapy and group work. That may be hopeful, but rebellions are built on hope, right? I think there is an incredible energy in Redruth to improve the town, and I want to do what I can to help support and build it.
